Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the 6j666 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

6j666 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use 6j666, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Creating an account on behalf of another person, or providing false eligibility information, is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on 6j666.
• You must be a natural person and not act on behalf of any corporate or legal entity without explicit written consent from 6j666.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of 6j666 or its affiliated companies.

6j666 complies with responsible gaming standards and employs age verification procedures. We may request official identification documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 6j666. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are discovered, 6j666 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any associated winnings, and permanently ban the user. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and fair play, 6j666 enforces a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid national ID card, passport, or birth certificate, along with proof of address and payment method verification. All documents submitted must be genuine, current, and belong exclusively to the account holder. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential and secure. 6j666 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. 6j666 will not be held liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

6j666 supports a range of trusted payment methods widely used across Bangladesh to make deposits and withdrawals as convenient as possible for all registered players. All transactions are processed securely and in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment options are currently supported:

• Internet banking: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — standard processing times apply.
• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your verification tier.
• All funds deposited into your 6j666 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our finance team within 24 hours of submission. Before any withdrawal is approved, your KYC documents must be fully verified and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be met in full. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawal amounts.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

6j666 offers various promotional bonuses including a welcome bonus for new players, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of being credited to your account. Unclaimed bonuses will be automatically removed after this period.
• 6j666 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or promotion at any time without prior notice if abuse or technical error is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts will be treated as a breach of these terms.

Bonus winnings that arise from free spins will be credited as bonus funds and remain subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to real cash and withdrawn. 6j666 may set game-specific contribution rates toward wagering requirements — for example, slots may contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6j666 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing in any sports betting market, including BPL, IPL, T20, or ICC events.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or system on the platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void and will be recovered.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent deposits, or abuse of chargeback systems through any payment method including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with 6j666 customer support.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the 6j666 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, and game content — is the property of 6j666 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or republished without the express prior written consent of 6j666.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment only. This licence does not permit you to scrape, copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6j666 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including any loss of winnings, data, or profits, regardless of the cause or theory of liability.

In no event shall 6j666's total liability to you for all damages exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

6j666 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Changes take effect immediately upon posting, unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the 6j666 platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you object to any revised terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

Section 11

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which 6j666 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to our support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. 6j666 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.

If informal resolution is not possible within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
